2. Purpose
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) define the conditions of access and use of the kallie platform, a SaaS service enabling users to centralize, organize and share their referral codes with their contacts.
3. Acceptance of Terms
Access to and use of kallie implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. By creating an account, the user acknowledges having read these Terms and accepts them without reservation.
kallie reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any significant changes by email or via a notification on the platform. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
4. Access to the service
4.1 Registration
Registration for the kallie service is free, except for connection costs which remain the sole responsibility of the user. Registration is possible via:
- An email and password
- Google authentication (Google OAuth)
The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Only one account per person is allowed. kallie reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any multiple accounts.
4.2 Credential confidentiality
The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. They agree to notify kallie without delay at [email protected] in the event of theft, loss or unauthorized use of their account. kallie shall not be held liable for the consequences of fraudulent use of a user\’s credentials.
4.3 Availability
kallie strives to ensure service availability 24/7. However, interruptions for maintenance, updates or technical reasons may occur without notice or compensation. kallie reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, without liability.
The user acknowledges that service performance depends in part on their own equipment and internet connection.
5. Use of the service
5.1 What the user can do
The user can:
- Add, organize and manage their referral codes
- Invite contacts and share their codes with them
- View referral codes from their contacts
- Create a public profile page with a personal link
- Use the Chrome and Firefox kallie Companion extensions
5.2 What the user cannot do
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Use kallie for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Impersonate another user or access their account without authorization
- Own multiple accounts on the platform
- Circumvent a sanction by creating a new account
- Publish unlawful, defamatory content or content infringing third-party rights
- Use bots, automated scripts or any other means to scrape service content
- Attempt to break into kallie\’s computer systems
- Spread viruses or any other harmful elements
- Send unsolicited messages (spam) to other users
- Resell or commercially exploit the service without prior written authorization
5.3 Responsibility for published codes
The user is solely responsible for the referral codes they publish on the platform. kallie acts as a content host within the meaning of French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN) and does not carry out any prior verification of published content.
kallie shall not be held liable in the event of an invalid, expired or inaccurate code. The terms of referral offers (amounts, durations, eligibility) depend exclusively on the relevant third parties and are subject to change without notice.
6. Reporting
6.1 Reporting abusive content
Any user may report abusive content or behavior by contacting kallie at [email protected]. kallie will review the report and take appropriate action as soon as possible.
kallie reserves the right to restrict access for users who abuse the reporting system.
6.2 Reporting unlawful content
In accordance with Article 6-I-5 of the LCEN, any user wishing to report unlawful content (intellectual property infringement, content contrary to law, etc.) may do so by sending a notification to [email protected], specifying:
- The date of notification
- Their full contact details (name, first name, address)
- The precise location of the disputed content (URL)
- The reasons why the content should be removed
- Proof that a request has been sent to the content author or justification that they could not be contacted
7. Moderation and sanctions
In the event of a violation of these Terms, kallie reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Issue a warning to the user
- Remove the offending content
- Temporarily suspend access to the service
- Permanently delete the account
In the event of a serious violation, kallie may proceed with the suspension or deletion of the account without prior notice. In other cases, a prior warning will be sent by email.
In the event of proven fraud, kallie reserves the right to communicate any necessary information to the relevant authorities.
8. Account deletion
8.1 At the user\’s initiative
The user may delete their account at any time from their account settings. Deletion is permanent and results in the immediate erasure of all personal data and content associated with the account (referral codes, contacts, profile).
8.2 At kallie\’s initiative
kallie may delete an account in the event of a violation of these Terms. Deletion results in the erasure of all personal data and content associated with the account. kallie shall not be held liable for the consequences of such deletion.
8.3 Inactive accounts
An account with no recorded activity for a period of 24 consecutive months may be deleted after prior notification by email to the registered address, with a 30-day period to reactivate the account.
9. Personal data and GDPR

kallie collects the following data:
- Identification data: first name, last name, email address and phone number
- Connection data: access logs, authentication tokens
- Content data: referral codes added by the user
- Contact data: contacts voluntarily added by the user
9.3 Purpose of processing
Data is collected to:
- Provide the kallie service
- Ensure the security and integrity of the platform
- Send transactional emails (registration confirmation, service notifications)
- Improve the service via anonymized analytical data
Transactional emails are inherent to the operation of the service and cannot be disabled. Any marketing communications will require separate consent and can be disabled at any time.
9.4 Sub-processors
kallie uses the following sub-processors, who may process personal data:
- Vercel Inc. — frontend hosting (United States)
- Railway Corp. — database hosting (United States)
- Render Services Inc. — API hosting (United States)
- Google LLC — OAuth authentication (United States)
- Cloudflare Inc. — DNS and CDN (United States)
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) — transactional emails (France)
Data transfers outside the EU are governed by the European Commission\’s standard contractual clauses or by appropriate transfer mechanisms.
9.5 Data retention period
Data is retained for the duration of the account\’s activity. In the event of account deletion (at the user\’s or kallie\’s initiative), all personal data and associated content are deleted within 30 days, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
9.6 User rights
In accordance with the GDPR, every user has the right to access, rectify, erase, port and object to the processing of their personal data. These rights can be exercised by contacting: [email protected]
In the event of an unresolved complaint, the user may contact the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
10. Cookies
kallie uses cookies strictly necessary for the service to function (authentication, session). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
11. Intellectual property
11.1 kallie\’s property
All elements comprising the kallie platform (code, design, logo, brand, editorial content) are the exclusive property of Undefined or its partners, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation or exploitation is prohibited.
Users are granted a non-exclusive, free, revocable and non-transferable right of access to the platform\’s services, within the limits set by these Terms.
11.2 User content ownership
Content published by users (referral codes, profile information) remains their property. By publishing on kallie, the user grants kallie a non-exclusive, free and worldwide license to use it solely for the purposes of the service.
The user declares and warrants that they hold all necessary rights to the content they publish and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
12. Hyperlinks and third-party services
kallie may contain links to third-party websites or services (referral offer pages, brand websites). These websites are independent of kallie, which has no control over their content and disclaims any responsibility in this regard.
Referral offers listed on kallie are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant brands and services. kallie shall not be held liable for non-compliance with these terms by the user or by third parties.
13. Limitation of liability
kallie is a tool for organizing and sharing referral codes. kallie acts as a content host and is not a party to the relationships between users and third parties offering referral programs.
kallie cannot be held liable for:
- Inaccurate information published by users
- Non-validation of a referral by a third party
- Financial losses related to the use of an invalid, expired or modified code
- Any indirect damage resulting from the use or inability to use the service
- Service interruptions beyond its control (force majeure, network failure, third-party hosting failure)
- User behavior towards each other on the platform
14. Force majeure
kallie shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from a force majeure event, understood as any unforeseeable, irresistible and external event, including but not limited to: natural disasters, telecommunications network failures, third-party hosting failures, government or regulatory acts.
15. Partial invalidity
If any clause of these Terms is declared null or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal proceedings. Failing agreement, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of Undefined\’s registered office.
To the extent permitted by the local law applicable to the user, any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or performance of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
